Instead of 1, 20 minute break we should have multiple 5 minute breaks as the course felt quite intense for someone doing this for the first time. I felt like I reached a point where my brain just wasn't retaining any more information. However, the training materials provided were very helpful, and I will definitely keep referring back to the notes I made during the class until I've consolidated my knowledge so I'm super grateful for that. - (ZM)
