How Long Is The Course?

The Level 3 Health and Wellbeing Coaching programme is delivered over four full days. To maximise learning and support the development of practical coaching skills, sessions are ideally spaced one to two weeks apart.

This approach gives participants the opportunity to apply coaching techniques in real-world situations between training sessions, reflect on their experiences, and receive support and feedback from trainers and peers. Regular opportunities for reflection help learners build confidence, strengthen their coaching practice and explore the challenges and successes they encounter when supporting behaviour change.

The extended programme structure creates a safe and supportive learning environment where participants can develop advanced coaching skills, discuss real-life coaching conversations and progressively build their confidence in applying Health and Wellbeing Coaching approaches within practice.
