New GP Receptionist Course England is designed for new and developing reception and administrative staff working in English NHS GP practices and primary care teams.
This practical course helps delegates understand the role of GP reception, how English general practice works, and how reception teams support safe, effective and compassionate patient care.
The programme introduces the structure of the local NHS including ICBs, PCNs and how local practices fit within those structures.

The aim of this New GP Receptionist Course (England) is to help reception and administrative staff develop confidence in working safely and effectively within English GP practices.
This GP Receptionist Training programme is typically delivered over two days, providing participants with a comprehensive introduction to working within NHS primary care.
The course combines teaching, discussion, practical exercises, quizzes and real-world scenarios to help delegates build confidence and apply their learning immediately within the workplace.
Delivery can be adapted to meet organisational requirements and can be tailored to reflect the NHS structures and systems used within England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland.
This GP Receptionist Training course is designed for staff who are new to general practice or who would benefit from a structured introduction to primary care.
