Alix Crawford

Alix has worked in health and social care roles across the country supporting local systems to develop their workforce through facilitated workshops and programmes of change. Previously Alix worked for Health Education England in Primary Care training and education, and prior to this she was regional lead for Personalised Care at NHS England. Alix has also worked in social care for many years in workforce development with Skills for Care, and has experience of working in the voluntary and community sector.
