Venue (arranged by organiser, not Striding Edge) - not helpful being next to the kitchens, people were constantly going in and out and leaving door open to other part of building, where it was noisy and cold! Lunch was a little basic but snacks earlier on were good. Some pre guidance on venue, where to go etc once parked, would have been helpful. Advertising that food would be provided would have been helpful. More targeted reaching around specific concerns patients have and how to address once elicited would have been helpful. - (RA)
