Paul is an excellent communicator. The emphasis on consent and understand what the patient is consenting to when requesting SAR really interesting and how much data is released I checked own details to see errors which have been corrected within an hour - using Accurx - a secure way rather than phoning surgery - (FW)
It was only a small course with just 3 of us, worked well as it was very interactive and talked and answered questions the whole way through - (AL)
