When training and facilitation is done in person, the venues will have on-site risk assessments, health & safety policies and procedures in place. All employees and associates are responsible for ensuring their equipment is compliant with health and safety standards and maintained accordingly. Any concerns regarding the safety of associates’ equipment should be reported to Paul Edwards, who will ensure that the associate maintains or replaces the equipment before further use.
