Revised for 2017, the new receptionist course is targeted at colleagues with less than a year’s experience, but, we’ve had folks with 16 years experience who have really benefited.

The course looks at adding depth of knowledge about the practical workings of the NHS and general practice, its people and terminology. The course is unthreatening, inclusive, full of conversation and fun and will ensure even the most nervous new starter will feel very comfortable.
