Paying more attention to the present moment – to your own thoughts and feelings, and to the world around you – can improve your mental wellbeing.  It can help you to enjoy the world around you and understand yourself better.

Some people call this awareness “mindfulness”.  Most people have issues and anxieties, or patterns of behaviour in work and at home that we find hard to let go of.  Being aware of this can help us to take control of these issues and make changes.

  • What is mindfulness?
  • What is its value in work and personal wellbeing?
  • Using mindfulness as a way to control patterns of behaviour and unhelpful feelings and anxieties
  • Confidence to begin practising mindfulness to reduce stress and improving wellbeing
