This course can be delivered to all NHS organisations, including general practice, PCNs and provider trusts.  The programme looks at overcoming resistance to the appraisal process, introduces concepts to ensure that the conversations are motivating and meaningful, will enable your organisation to hit its appraisal targets, and provides confidence to both appraiser and, if required appraisee.

We have delivered this course across many GP practices and trusts, to thousands of employees.  We look at your organisational culture, establish a baseline in our preparation, and can even help with design of documentation and policy formation.  We are not generic Appraisal training providers, we are NHS Appraisal training experts!

The course is a full day session (6 hours) but can be split over two half days.
