We have been told that we take a refreshingly different approach to developing appraisal skills. Many organisations struggle with effective appraisal – with leaders and managers sometimes being nervous and unsure as to what should be done when.  We look at how to differentiate between appraisal, continued professional development and performance management, and how to set goals that are motivating and relevant, with some interesting new ideas around timing. We then talk about how to give meaningful feedback.

The course is a full day session (6 hours) but can be split over two half days.
