The presentation in teams did not work for me, but the course materials (handbook) had been sent in the chat. Paul was friendly and gave everyone time to ask questions and engage with the training. I was a little nervous at first when the meeting began about speaking out in case I said something which I may have felt was irrelevant. But 5 minutes in, I realised that everyone in the meeting had the same problems to share and and found the course very interesting and informative. The key speaker was super and very encouraging.
